Gutters & Covers
Gutters are essential in preventing water damage to a homes foundation. They also keep mud and water off the sides of your home and out of basements/crawl spaces. EPP repairs, replaces, and provides leaf removal. Ask about our leaf guard services.
Fascia Board &
Fascia Capping
The fascia board is straight board that runs along the lower edge of the roof. The fascia is fixed directly to the lower ends of the roof trusses and usually does all the work of supporting the gutters and soffit. We also offer fascia capping which is a metal covering used to preserve the fascia board from weathering over time. Fascia capping is used as an alternative to painting fascia wood.
Soffit
The soffit board is tucked away under the fascia board. The soffit can be ventilated to allow the flow of air into the roof area. Without adequate ventilation, condensation will form in the roof void increasing the risk of timber decay.
